Yellow Indian Woman Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris)
Also called the Buckskin, this rare bush variety was brought to Montana by Swedish immigrants and later traded with Native American communities there. Its flavor-packed beans cook up creamy while maintaining their shape — the perfect fit for soups and other slow-cooked dishes.

- Germination: 7-10 days
- Maturity: 90 days
- Direct sow 1-1 ½” deep in full sun after danger of frost has passed. Beans need soil temperatures between 75-85° F to sprout.
