Garlic is so easy to grow, it's almost plant it and forget it!  Garlic "seeds" are actually the cloves of garlic, planted in the fall and harvested as full heads the following spring or early summer.  All of our heirloom organic garlic varieties are excellent, and you will be amazed at the difference between any of them and store-bought garlic.
