Soybeans originally came to us from Asia.  They are used to make tofu, soy sauce, and miso, as well as eaten fresh as edamame.

    85 day.  Black soybeans are sought after in Japan for their taste and distinctive rich flavor. They are known for having a better taste and sweeter flavor than other varieties.   Minimum of 20 seeds per packet.
