Soybeans (Edamame)

Soybeans originally came to us from Asia.  They are used to make tofu, soy sauce, and miso, as well as eaten fresh as edamame.  

  • Kouri Soybean

    SOLD OUT FOR 2019.   68 days.  A traditional edamame soybean, Midori is early maturing with very large seeds.  It has high yields, and does well in all regions of the US.   Minimum of 40 seeds per packet.
