Pickling

Pickles!  Who doesn't love a crisp dill pickle?  Or perhaps bread and butters are your favorite.  I love a quick pickle, marinating for just a half an hour, but I also love lacto fermented pickles that are there to eat long after the snow falls and the cucumbers are a distant memory.  Any way you pickle them, cucumbers are a wonderful vegetable to preserve.
