This tasty heirloom from the 1860s has beautiful purple skin and crisp white flesh that is delicious raw, sauteed, and roasted. Sweet with a mild turnip-like flavor, Purple Vienna is at its best after a fall frost. Kohlrabi is nutritionally dense and loaded with antioxidants!

- Direct sow ¼” deep in full sun after last frost. Plant successively throughout the summer for ongoing harvest.
