Long Green Cucumber (Cucumis sativus)
First introduced in 1842, the Long Green Improved Cucumber is excellent for slicing or pickling. True to its name, this cucumber can grow up to 12 inches in length and 3 inches in diameter. Skin is dark green with bright, crisp flesh.

- Germination 7-10 days
- Maturity: 55-65 days
- Direct sow in full sun after the last frost or start indoors 3 weeks prior to last frost. Plant 1/2" deep in soil or seed starting mix.
- Space plants 12-24” apart; space rows 6’ apart.
