Annie’s Turnip Mix (Brassica rapa)
A hearty blend of white, yellow, and purple-shouldered turnips. Mild in flavor, these heirloom roots taste great roasted, baked, mashed, and even eaten raw. A cool-season crop, turnips can also be grown for their greens, which are best enjoyed sautéed.

I just ate these turnip greens for the first time and they are absolutely delicious . I ordered these seeds trying to find some similar to the cow horn turnips my mother use to plant as they are no longer available. These turnips are just as mild and not at all bitter. Being from the south we like the turnip greens! Ordering ore seeds!
