Product Description
A flowering aster, yarrow is beautiful and an excellent companion plant. It is thought to repel some bad bugs but is especially helpful in attracting predatory wasps, lady bugs and hoverflies. Will grow 18-24 inches tall. Traditionally the plant has been used as a topical for wounds and cuts. It has also been used as a food and the younger leaves can be cooked as a spinach or in a soup.
Minimum of 200 seeds per packet.
PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Plant Depth: Barely Covered- Lightly sprinkle on surface and gently rake in with your fingers.
Plant Spacing: 12 inches
Start seeds indoors 6‐8 weeks before last frost. Does best in full sun. Yarrow thrives even in poor soil, but it does not like soil that stays too damp. Yarrow is invasive and can take over your garden or lawn.
