63 day. An old fashioned variety still popular in home gardens, Straight Eight is both early and prolific. It produces long, straight cucumbers that are excellent for slicing.
Minimum of 25 seeds per packet.
Planting Depth: 1/2 inch
Hill Spacing: 3-4 feet
Direct seed in hills of 4-6 seeds after danger of frost has passed. You can start indoors but do so only 3 weeks before transplanting. Be sure to use larger pots because the roots do not like to be disturbed.
