Organic Speckled Lettuce (Lactuca sativa)
This colorful, fast-growing Amish heirloom is a butterhead variety with red-flecked bright green leaves. Tight, compact heads are easy to grow and lovely in the garden. Speckled leaves are sweet, crisp, and tender – delicious at full maturity or as a baby lettuce.
