Hickory King White Corn (Zea mays)
With its extremely large yellow kernels, Hickory King is an exceptional roasting corn also used for grits, cornmeal, and tortillas. Because kernel skins are easily removed when soaked, it is a preferred for hominy. Husks are tighter than most varieties and offer excellent pest protection.
