70 day. A nice crisp orange carrot with a strong carrot flavor. It maintains a lot of it's flavor even when cooked. It grows 5-6 inches long with a pointed tip and is a good choice for denser soils.
Minimum of 300 seeds.

This carrot grows excellent in our heavier clay soil. We washed and dried the carrots and stored them in plastic bags in our spare refrigerator. It is mid February and we just ran out last week.

These are wonderful, easy to grow carrots. Taste great too - tender, crisp, sweet flavor. I was able to can, freeze and pickle these. I even have some buried in sand in the basement to enjoy fresh ones during the cold winter months.

Planted early season and was harvesting all through the summer...fantastic sweet, crisp flavor you can't get at the store anymore. Will be a garden staple for ever!
