Why Did Nothing Come Up?
Occasionally we get asked this question. All of our seeds are germination tested to ensure that they are alive and viable. We strive for an 80% germination rate or better. So when nothing comes up, it usually means that they are dead. The main way that all your seeds are dead is that they got too hot. This usually happens in a hot mail truck or your car, but it can also happen by storing your seeds on a radiator, in a hot barn, or even storing them in your greenhouse. If you live in a warmer climate, this is more likely to happen, but it can happen anywhere. Ordering your seeds in the winter is a good way to reduce the likelihood of this happening. If this happened to you, contact us and we'll send you a replacement.
