80-85 day. The standard by which all other parsnips are judged. They are long, white and sweet with smooth grained flesh.
Minimum of 150 seeds per packet.

Row Spacing: 12-18 inches
These can be tough to grow and seeds will only last 1 year if kept in a cool, dry, dark place. We recommend keeping them in a ziplock or mylar in the fridge.
Direct seed 1/2 to 1 inch apart in well prepared beds. Parsnips are slow to germinate and need to kept moist.

This parsnip is top of the line. I started the seeds in my aviary then transplanted outside to a raised bed. They flourished in a 4ft. bed. I continued to have parsnips way after the growing season. They grew disease free, were fleshy and hardy.
