58-64 days. Known for it's delicate flavor, Lemon Cucumber looks like a lemon when fully ripe, but is best harvested when it's pale greenish yellow. It is easy to grow and does well in cool conditions and in short summers. One of the better choices for container gardening if given a large pot.
Minimum of 25 seeds per packet.
Planting Depth: 1/2 inch
Hill Spacing: 3-4 feet
Direct seed in hills of 4-6 seeds after danger of frost has passed. You can start indoors but do so only 3 weeks before transplanting. Be sure to use larger pots because the roots do not like to be disturbed.

These were really fun to grow! We grew two plants and had enough cucumbers for fresh eating in salads and the kids like eating them whole. We also had leftovers for pickling, and they made great pickles. They do have small spikes on them that you have to wash off, but they are really fun to grow!
