70-80 days. Mach is a wonderful spring, fall and winter green. It is very delicate with a mild, sweet, slightly minty flavor. This is one of the largest varieties, and is also the most reliable. A great variety for winter production either under cover or outside. Sow between September and April for greens from December to May, or sow in late fall to harvest the following spring.

Corn Salad is a very cold hardy green. Plant in early spring as soon as the soil can be worked and in the fall for winter harvests. Can be overwintered if planted late in fall in cooler climates.
