Yellow Eye Bush Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris)
This New England heirloom produces plump white, kidney-shaped beans with a distinctive, tan- to chestnut-colored center. They make a fine addition to soups, stews or chilis.
- 40 seeds minimum
- Germination: 7-10 days
- Maturity: 80-90 days
- Direct sow 1-1 ½” deep in full sun after danger of frost has passed. Beans need soil temperatures between 75-85° F to sprout.
- Space plants 3-6” apart; space row 2-3’ apart.
