This sweet Italian heirloom with large ruffled leaves is loved by chefs for wrapping, layering, and fresh eating. Delicious in Italian and Thai dishes. Easy to pick! Aromatic and loved by pollinators, Sweet Mammoth is a tall (12”), bushier plant that adds color and dimension to boarder gardens. Remove flowers throughout the growing season to encourage ongoing leaf production.
