75 day. A beautiful Italian variety, white with a lavender blush. It has a wonderful flavor and has the traditional egg shape. A great choice for stuffing or eggplant parmesan.
Minimum of 25 seeds per packet.
PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Planting Depth: 1/4 inch
Plant Spacing: 12-18 inches
Row Spacing: 2-3 feet
Start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. Requires soil temperatures of 80-90 degrees F to germinate so use of a heat mat is recommended. Transplant when all danger of frost has passed and temperatures stay warm. Make sure to check your nighttime temperatures as anything below 60 could stunt the growth of the plant. It is better to keep them indoors until nighttime temperatures warm. If you are in a cooler zone, eggplants do best in a greenhouse.

Rosa Bianca Eggplant
Very tasty oval eggplant. It has relatively few seeds, soft, pillow-like flesh, and is never bitter. An Italian heirloom, it is not prolific and alas, bugs love it, but it's flavor and texture make it worth growing despite its drawbacks.
