An excellent choice for northern gardeners! Westlander is extremely cold hardy, sweetening in the garden after your first frost. Larger, ruffled leaves are deep bluish-green and reach 24-36” tall. Delicious in smoothies, stews, stir-fries, and braises. Makes terrific kale chips!
