Organic Painted Pony Bush Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris)
An aptly-named, multi-purpose heirloom. Harvest it early for a nearly stringless snap bean — or let it dry to reveal its pretty bi-colored pattern, which holds well to being cooked. Great for soups or chilis.
