Hamburg Rooted Parsley (Petroselinum crispum var. tuberosum)
Dating back to the 1600's this hardy heirloom is celebrated for its turnip-like roots that grow to 8-10” long. Sweet with a subtle parsley flavor, Hamburg is delectable in soups and stews or roasted with olive oil and salt. The leaves make a colorful, delicious garnish and salad ingredient.

- Direct sow in full sun/part shade when spring soil is workable. Scatter seeds but do not cover. Will flourish in gardens, raised beds and containers with room for taproots.
