Great Northern Bush Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris)
A staple of American cuisine dating back to the late 19th century. Plump, pale and hearty, these shelling beans taste nutty on their own and absorb the flavors of other foods when cooked.

- Germination: 7-10 days
- Maturity: 90 days
- Direct sow 1-1 ½” deep in full sun after danger of frost has passed. Beans need soil temperatures between 75-85° F to sprout.
