Dorata di Parma Onion

$3.00

110 day.  A beautiful golden late season onion.  It has excellent storage qualities, and it's large size makes it a great onion for slicing.  Long to Intermediate day.

Minimum of 250 seeds per packet.

PLANTING INSTRUCTIONS:

Planting Depth: 1/8 inch

Plant Spacing: 4-6 inches

Start indoors 8 weeks before last frost. Sow up to 100 seeds in a 4-6 inch pot. To transplant, separate out the small, grass-like seedlings by picking up a bunch and rolling them gently in your fingers. Trim the tops to 4 inches and roots to 2 inches. Place in a deep trench, 5-6 inches apart. Cover the roots and then water. Seedlings are very tough and transplant well.
