Cauliflower

With a rainbow of colors and a delicious flavor, cauliflower is a great addition to the garden.  It isn't, however, one of the easiest to grow.  To form a nice head it requires excellent soil fertility and the right temperatures, so planting in the spring or fall and using lots of compost is a must.

Look for the carrot for the Annie's Favorites.
