Loved for its bushy bunches of long, white-stemmed leaves, this prized Italian heirloom is a terrific addition to your spring and fall gardens. Delectable, nutrient-dense leaves are loaded with fresh flavor – mildly bitter, slightly nutty, and bright. A great choice for salads when picked young and excellent for sautéed when mature.
