We loved this, first time just boiled it with salt, just to see what I thought.
Next time I cooked it like greens with bacon onion salt. Cut the stems also and cook. Can't wait to try and stir fry. IM planting more, just palnted two this time, going to have more. Very easy to grow and planted in ground did good.
