Here in Alaska, eggplant is a real challenge. The Kamo eggplant has been great for us. Easy to grow, fast and high germination, plus great flavor. Prolific fruiting in our greenhouse has us eating it as fast as it grows! For cooler climates, starting indoors is the way to go. We highly recommend this eggplant.
65 days. Grown for hundreds of years, this beautiful and unique eggplant is prized for it's excellent flavor. Deep purple, with a purple calyx and a flat bottom, this tear drop shaped eggpant is truly a delicacy.
Minimum of 25 seeds per packet.
I ate these for many year living in Kyoto and they are simply the best. Even my husband who doesn't like eggplant will eat these. Give them a try!
