65-75 day. An Italian heirloom, it produces small to medium sized, conical heads. This is the sweetest raw cabbage I've tasted. It makes excellent coleslaw and sauteed cabbage. A great short season cabbage for fresh eating.
Minimum of 200 seeds per packet.

I didn't like cabbage until I grew these. I would eat cabbage but didn't care for the taste. These are wonderful. Easy to grow and they are smaller so you don't have to worry about what to do with the left overs. They make great coleslaw.

Smaller and less compact than the traditional cabbage I've always grown. However, when I made my usual cole slaw this year, my husband said it was the best he'd ever tasted! It really is delicious - not as "cabbagy" but sweeter. A cinch to grow! Wish I had planted more.
