A staple for our ham and bean soup
Written by Dana D. on 11th Jan 2015

Our family prefers this bean over navy and great northern in our bean soup. The very small raised bed system we have allows us just one bush each of our bean varieties. This variety gives us consistent results and enough yield that the home grown pot of soup out does all the others through out the year. Hopefully, soon we will be able to expand our garden and plant more as they are easy to grow and maintain.
