A couple years I search for these seeds online and was pleased to find them here. My relatives grow acres of these in Chihuahua, Mex. The skins on these peppers are thick and so is the meat so it works well to roast and "skin" them. We like to stuff them with cheese then pour some pizza sauce or other tomato based sauce over them and heat them up like that. sometimes we add ground beef to the dish. The smaller ones that don't stay together as well are good to make a green chile gravy out of. Add some milk, cheese and/or cream to it. Makes a fresh pot of beans or refried beans taste twice as good. Also good with rice.
