81 day. A great choice for making sauce or salsa. Indeterminate plants with huge yields of large, tender, meaty tomatoes. A later tomato, but well worth the wait.
Minimum of 25 seeds per packet.

These paste tomatoes are the best I ever grew. They grew huge and lots of them too. Kept pumping them out. Most small paste tomatoes fall on the ground before even ripe, these stay on and ripen up real nice. Great sauce too. Wont grow any other!

These tomatoes are so easy to use. They're juicy but all flesh. I peeled these tomatoes and threw them in a pot on low, before I knew it I had a perfect consistency sauce. They also peel super easy, just run the back of a butter knife along the outside.

This was my first summer planting heirloom tomatoes and the first time I cut into one of these I came screaming out of the kitchen, "Its all tomato, look at ALL the flesh!" We buy roma tomatoes, well, we used to buy roma tomatoes for making salsa but never again, they now taste like cardboard to us. These make amazing salsa. I planted a bunch of these with the idea that I would can some for the winter but we could not stop eating them. We made a lot of salsa.
